NRS Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Pickers to work for our client near St Albans. The site is functional seven days a week, in which you will be required to work full time on rota pattern. The site runs 24 hours a day which enables us to have flexibility in regards to shift times, we are able to offer both day and night shifts.An experienced candidates are very welcome however training on LLOP/PPT and Motorola Scanner will be provided on site.You must demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in your work with excellent standard of timekeeping and attendance.Applicants must be organised, efficient and friendly and have a a basic level of spoken English.

Day shift
Chill department:
08:00 - 16:00 - £7.20/h + available bonus min £1.50/h
14:00 - 22:00 - £7.20/h + available bonus min £1.50/h

Ambient department:
06:00 - 14:00 - £7.20/h + available bonus min £1.50/h
14:00 - 22:00 - £7.20/h + available bonus min £1.50/h

Night shift :
22:00 - 06:00 - £8.00/h + available bonus min £1.50/h

Permanent pay rate:
Min £8.73 rising to £9.25 after 15 months
Shift Pay, Weekend working premium payment, Overtime rates, Bank Holiday payments, incentive scheme of £50-£200 per week, 25 days paid holiday.
